Things I did while on Christmas break
- Bought a Wii
- Played far too much Mario Kart
- Made candles
- Was ridiculously spoiled by my husband on Christmas Day
- Put a whole bunch of musicals on my brand new BLUE iPod Nano
- Poached eggs for the first time in my life
- Made Egg Benedict for Boxing Day Brunch (see poached eggs)
- Obsessively refreshed the Pandagon page to keep up with the endlessly entertaining trolls
- Read Twilight
- Hated it
- But really enjoyed this thread linking me to the BEST recap of Twilight ever
- Drank way too much
- Bought a new car
- The blue one
- On impulse
I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

Way cool! New car! New Wii! And MarioKart! (I told you it was addicting!) And you made candles! We were just talking about doing that ourselves - I remember doing it once as a child, but I have no idea how to do it now (we'd obviously have to look up the instructions on the net). Sounds like a great Xmas break all around!

Didn't you win some of my candles a while back? Hope you got them, and liked them! :-) They are really easy to make, I get my supplies and the instructions at www.canwax.com. Obviously, you might prefer a more local provider, but I find their instructions and Help board a great way to start. I definitely recommend making your own, it is far cheaper than retail and makes your house smell fantastic!
MarioKart is like some kind of crazy crack. We got our Wii yesterday, and have done nothing else since.
